Evaluations for our Ballet & Modern programs are required for children ages 7 and older, using the guidelines below. This process helps us to place children according to their abilities and learning styles to ensure a successful and rewarding experience. Attending an evaluation class does not guarantee a spot in our program. Many of our lower levels fill up fast and have a waiting list.
Evaluations are NOT needed to sign up for Hip Hop, Preschool Ballet or Ballet 1, Teen Ballet, Beginning Modern, and Teen Contemporary classes! A Free Trial class may be attended prior to registering.

What to wear to an evaluation: Acts 17:28 Dance has a dress code, so please don’t purchase dance attire for the evaluation class. If you have dancewear, have your child wear tights, a leotard, and ballet slippers. Otherwise, leggings, a longer T-shirt (sufficient to cover the belly when arms are raised above the head) and socks will work just fine. Please have your child’s hair up and away from their face in a bun or ponytail.
Once you register for class be sure to review our Dress Code requirements to place your order before classes begin.
