Adult classes are taught to the level of the participant in the room and are non-performance classes.

ADULT BALLET
$405/yr | 75 min class
Ages 16+

Wednesdays 5:45 pm
​Ballet class will boost your confidence in dance, strengthen your technique, and challenge your balance, poise, and flexibility. Starting with traditional ballet barre warm up, the second half of class focuses on movement across the floor.
Ballet shoes are required; tights and leotards are not! Please dress comfortably in modest workout clothes. No dance experience necessary.

You can attend the full year or pick a session that works best with your schedule.

ADULT PRAISE MOVES
$165/session | 60 min class

Thursdays 7:15 pm
Join us as we dive into God’s Word while moving our bodies. PraiseMoves™ is made up of deep, diaphragmatic breathing and static stretches. Scripture is paired with each posture that is repeated while holding the posture. Through gentle movement and static stretches your body benefits in many ways, for example, reducing tension/stress as well as increasing flexibility, coordination, and balance.
To boost the mood, get the heart pumping, and give you a taste of other PraiseMoves classes, some simple aerobic, barre, and/or Latin movements may also be incorporated into the PraiseMoves workout.

ADULT BARRE FITNESS
$120/session | 60 min class

New this spring, Barre Fitness is full-body workout class that activates all major muscle groups. This class is built to challenge every fitness level—whether you haven’t exercised in ages or you’re already active at the gym, it’s perfect for you!
​
Using the ballet barre, light weights and floor exercises, this class combines functional strength training with ballet-inspired movement to improve overall strength and flexibility. Expect a fun, challenging and rewarding experience leaving you feeling stronger and more flexible.

Session 2: Jan 5 - Feb 26 (8-week session) $120
Session 3: March 2 - May 7 (8-week session) $120

​*Please dress comfortably in workout clothes and socks (the sticky bottom socks work great) or bare feet.
REGISTRATION & COSTUME FEES
Rates listed include a $30 registration fee. There is no costume fee associated with adult classes, which are non-performance classes.
